About Dolores
I’m not a surface-level coach.
If you’re the kind of woman who’s tired of being told to “just be more confident” or “just speak up”… I get it.
Because most of the time, it’s not that your confidence is missing it’s been hidden. Perhaps covered over by years of adapting.
* By staying safe.
* By being the one who holds it all together.
* By not wanting to take up too much space.
And I work well with women like that.
The women who are capable, intelligent, and outwardly functioning but inside they feel like they’re carrying more than anyone sees. The ones who can sense they’re made for more, but something keeps tightening the moment they try to step forward.
What I do is help you go underneath the surface in a gentle safe way, and at your own pace.
I know what it looks like when someone has been “containing” themselves for so long that it starts to leak out as overwhelm, frustration, anxiety, exhaustion, or a quiet sense of misalignment.
And I also know what happens when a woman finally reconnects with her values and they not the ones she thinks she should have, but the ones that are actually true for her.
That’s when leadership changes, whatever leadership looks like for you right now in your life.
And it’s not because you become louder or harder.
* It’s because you become clearer.
* More grounded.
* More yourself.
My work is about creating the kind of space where women feel seen, heard, and safe enough to be honest and from that place, to lead.
I’ve had the privilege of speaking and contributing in spaces that care deeply about women’s leadership including delivering a webinar on Building a Sustainable Mindset in BPW Clubs, and being involved in JCI Women in Leadership.
My intention is always the same whether I’m speaking to a room full of women or working with someone one-to-one, it’s about supporting you to come home to yourself and lead from that place.
If you’d like me to speak at your event, run a leadership session for your organisation, or support you personally through one-to-one coaching, I’d love to hear from you.
If you’re reading this and something feels familiar - the quiet holding, the self-questioning, the sense that there’s more in you - you’re not alone.
You don’t need to become someone else to lead.
You don’t need to push harder.
You don’t need to perform confidence.
You need space and clarity.
And support that meets you where you actually are.
Alongside my work supporting women in leadership, I help organisations embed the “S” in ESG through workplace wellbeing and employee engagement strategies that strengthen culture, boost productivity, and support ESG reporting.
